Information we collect

This website does not include a contact form. If you reach out by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the details on our Contact page, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message, in accordance with the policies of the email, phone, or messaging provider you use. We also use technical anti-abuse controls, including Cloudflare, to protect the website from automated abuse.

How we use information

We use information you send us only to review and respond to your enquiry, assess a potential engagement, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Confidentiality and legal services

Please do not send time-sensitive, highly confidential, or privileged information before an engagement is confirmed. Contacting us through the details on this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any legal engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

Service providers and international processing

Our website uses Cloudflare services to host the website, deliver media, and prevent automated abuse. Information may be processed where these providers operate, subject to their applicable safeguards.

Historical enquiries

This website previously included a contact form. Enquiries submitted through that form before it was removed may still be retained in a limited, access-controlled archive for as long as needed to respond, manage potential or active client relationships, meet legal or professional obligations, and resolve disputes. Our ordinary retention period for unanswered or unengaged historical enquiries is up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required or justified. You may request deletion of a historical enquiry by contacting us.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of any information you have sent us, including any historical enquiry, by emailing gracezhuang.law@gmail.com. We may need to retain limited information when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
